Charlie Wi and Mark Hensby were both tied for 1st place at the end of regulation at -12 under par. This set up a thrilling 4-hole sudden death playoff where Mark Hensby won the playoff duel against the great Charlie Wie to capture his first PGA Tour Champions win.
